Payment Plan: Students initially pay 50% of the tuition for the course selected. The balance is due within 30 days. All other fees must be paid in full. The student’s balance may not exceed $200.00 at any time without prior consent by CICU. Any payment which is not received within 30 days will be considered late, and a $20.00 late payment fee will be added. Any time a payment becomes at least 30 days past due, CICU  has the right to declare the entire outstanding balance due and payable immediately. Failure to exercise this right shall not prevent its exercise in the future
